He is very-well versed in handling Design, prototyping, Production, managing Quality, steering after sales, and adding value to product development. He has a rare distinction of having exposure to both conventional petrol engines & Electric Vehicles. In 2014 he joined the board of E-Prasan Strategies Pvt Ltd & is currently involved full-time as Co-Promoter & Director

He has the distinction of developing and handling FMCG, Durable & Auto Channels. One of the few professionals in India to be associated with the Electric Mobility Industry since its inception. In 2012 he embarked on an entrepreneurial journey by setting-up Prabose Strategies Pvt Ltd; which later was re-named as E-Prasan Strategies Pvt Ltd. E-Prasan Strategies today has 4 other sister concerns which in totality offer 360degree solution in e-mobility as well as to start-ups.

An Engineer and an administrator with over four decades of professional experience in After-Sales Service. In his 4 long decades stint with BAJAJ AUTO LTD he worked in various leadership roles in After-Sales Service. At the time oh hanging his boots with Bajaj Auto; he was heading the After-Sales Service of Commercial vehicle division. Post-retirement he started his 2nd innings as an entrepreneur by setting-up Bajaj Auto commercial vehicle Dealership at Agra; which has grown leap & bounds within a short span of time of close to 3 years. His dealership was chosen by Bajaj Auto for the All-India launch of their Electric 3wheeler in June 2023. His guidance will be of immense value to EZ-Autoshala.
